EaseControl was not built overnight. Since 2022, we have been working to build the best industry software for painting companies — piece by piece, module by module, directly from the day-to-day operations of a real business.
Every feature was first tested in our own company with 25 employees before being released to customers. The result: software that does not just work in theory, but proves itself on real job sites every day.

From idea to finished software
2022
The Idea
After 17 years with Excel, Word and WhatsApp, it was clear: there had to be a better solution. Analysis of all existing providers — none truly fits a painting company. Decision: we build it ourselves.
2023
Foundation
First modules: lead management, quoting, customer management. Technology decision: React + Node.js + PostgreSQL. Servers in Germany (Hetzner). First internal use in our own company.
2024
Full Build-out
Scheduling, HR, time tracking, inventory, accounting, compliance modules. Integration of WhatsApp, Facebook leads, DATEV export. AI advisor with local language model. 25 employees use the software daily.
2025
SaaS Preparation
Multi-tenant architecture, Stripe billing, onboarding wizard. E-invoicing (XRechnung + ZUGFeRD). Datanorm import, GAEB export. PWA for iPhone. Stern-Akademie with video courses in 6 languages.
2026 — TODAY
Market Launch
182 modules, 225 API endpoints, 420 translation keys in 6 languages, 10 role-based dashboards, 2FA, audit log, GoBD-compliant. Pilot operation with our own team runs flawlessly. Now we are opening EaseControl to all painting companies.
