Yes. Progressive Web App — installable on iPhone, iPad, Android. No App Store required.
In which languages is EaseControl available?
6 languages: German, English, Russian, Romanian, Persian, Arabic. RTL support for Persian and Arabic.

What does EaseControl cost?
Starter EUR 99/month (up to 10 employees), Professional EUR 199/month (up to 30 employees), Enterprise: On request. No per-user costs.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days free. No credit card required. Full feature access.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Monthly cancellation possible. No minimum contract term.
How do I pay?
By credit card or SEPA direct debit via Stripe. Invoice with VAT ID.

Your Data, Your Control
Where is my data stored?
Exclusively on Hetzner servers in Germany. No cloud provider outside the EU.
Is EaseControl GDPR compliant?
Yes. DPA (Data Processing Agreement), data export (Art. 20), account deletion (Art. 17), audit log, cookie banner.
Is there two-factor authentication?
Yes. TOTP with Google Authenticator, Authy or 1Password. 10 backup codes included.
Is EaseControl EU Data Act compliant?
Yes. API documentation, data portability, max. 2 months cancellation period.
Who has access to my data?
Only you and your team. Multi-tenant with schema isolation — your data is technically separated from other customers.

Can I import Datanorm price lists?
Yes. Datanorm v4 and v5 from Brillux, Caparol, Sto and all other manufacturers.
Does EaseControl support GAEB?
Yes. GAEB DA XML 3.3 — import tenders (.x83), export as quote (.x84).
Can I create e-invoices?
Yes. XRechnung 3.0 and ZUGFeRD 2.2. Mandatory since 2025 for B2B.
Is there a DATEV export?
Yes. CSV and XML export for your tax advisor. SKR03-compliant journal entries.
Can I export my data?
Yes. GDPR-compliant full export as JSON. Available anytime under My Account.
